Hi Skippers,
We managed to dodge the rain for the afternoon and the SW to South wind eased so A rigs were the correct call. It was fun sailing for the 8 skippers.
Unfortunately Dan Silk broke a deck fitting for his A rig and he had to settle with sailing on his B rig. This put him behind the 8 ball all afternoon.
Starting the day on fire were Bill Heritage and John McAulay. Bill continued throughout the afternoon finishing with 2 heat wins and 3 x 2nd places. Coming home like a train was John Halloran finishing 1st twice and 2nd twice in the last 4 heats. Both were tied on 20 points but Bill got the chockies !! Well sailed all afternoon!!

Thanks to Tony Silver for picking up the trailer and to those who helped back up the buoybots so I could pick up my son from school.
A fun afternoon full of close sailing and a couple of very tight finishes.
