Hi Skippers
Forecast was 20 knots SSE with showers mid morning but luckily we got a stunning morning, sunny with blue skies, no rain & started with a decent 8 knot breeze with interesting gusts. Just before we started the breeze increased – most went A rig while a couple chose B.
As the morning progressed all skippers changed to B rig as the wind & chop increased further. 12 boats on the water – 10 scratch races completed.

We welcomed Will Spratt from the Pelican Waters DF65 group – although Will’s results are not included in the above he would have come 11th with a score of 72 points.
Highlight of the day : Very close racing in the top end of the fleet -with only 3 points separating the podium dwellers, Nick #917, Michael #45 & Brem #496 – well done Brem another consistent performance & 3rd Overall.
Next Session : Tuesday 7th April. Next round of our DF65 Handicap Championship series.
