Hi Skippers,
Gosh what a close and exciting afternoon of IOM sailing in 12-18 knots of SE wind. All 8 skippers were on B rigs.
We had 2 new faces join our fleet. Phil Gray #147 sailing a TNT and Geoff Wilson #25 sailing a late model TS2. Welcome to you both and your sailing skills were on show right from the first heat. Phil won both the first two races.
Derick Warne #97 got into his stride by the forth heat and then managed to win 5 heats which gave him the day’s victory. Phil Gray managed to finish 3rd with many podium finishes.
A really enjoyable afternoon of close sailing.

It was close sailing at both ends of the fleet with Dan Silk #07 and Graeme Sargent #47 having a ding dong battle themselves. Great to see.
