2023 SOUTH QLD IOM CHAMPIONSHIPS
After a gentle but highly competitive days racing yesterday Day 2 gave us a fantastic 6 to 15 knot Southerly wind – despite the forecast the sun came out giving us a warmer day than day one. Exciting racing with competitors starting on A rig but many soon changing to B rig for the rest of the day… the regular but sporadic 15+ knot gusts giving spectators thrilling viewing.
And the winner is :
1st Greg Torpy #125 43 points
2nd Paul Jones #77 44 points
3rd Aaron Farrar #34 48 points
4th Brad Quiggin #49 56 points
5th Gary McCarthy #18 67 points
