Hi Skippers,
We had a shifty NW breeze which ranged from 3 knots to 12 knots all afternoon and plenty of chop in the water. All 12 skippers, including Ben Harvey from Brisbane sailing his bright orange TS2, enjoyed round 5 of our annual H’cap series.
It was good to see Geoff Morris back at the lake after some time away and starting off scratch meant that he was going to be hard to beat.
Tug boat Phil and Adrian Hardman were having a good tussle along with David C-Dobing. There were plenty of wind shifts and as each gust rolled across the lake. Picking the correct tack was key.

Interesting that 4th, 5th and 6th place were all tired on points. Super close sailing !!!
Thanks to all who helped with the buoybots pack-up and to Tony Silver for scoring the day and providing plenty of laughs and social ribbing. Our sailing guest had a fun day.
