Held on Sat 19th Feb SCRSC’s 2022 Laser Open Invitational attracted 13 competitors. The SCRSC team worked tirelessly to host an event that will be remembered for great sailing, fair competition & a good atmosphere…not to mention the food and drinks organised by Adele Pearce & the cake/savouries by Diane Lewis.
The day was expertly RO’d by Neil Carroll who with his volunteer Observers controlled the racing side of the day, Overall organisation was conducted by Derick Warne. Scoring was done by David Black, ably assisted by Gwen Warne & Diane Lewis on the finish line. Thanks to the various volunteers that help make the event such a success… much appreciated by competitors and Members alike.
